The Scottish Paediatric Renal and Urology Network (SPRUN), established in 2004, serves children and young people with kidney and bladder conditions throughout Scotland.
SPRUN is a managed clinical network which facilitates the care of children and young people with renal disease via local teams delivering care close to home as much as possible with information and intervention being provided, as necessary, by the specialist renal unit in the Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow
