The peritoneal dialysis learning contract document has been developed to provide a learning platform for peritoneal dialysis practice within ward 3c - Renal.
All learning contracts must be complete and agreed competence signed off before the Nurse learner can provide care for patients receiving peritoneal dialysis treatment.
The review and Learning Contracts MUST be signed off by the Renal Nurse Educator or a recognised assessor within the unit.
